Sales Manager

Your tasks

● Develop and lead the German sales service team and support the European sales team.

● You assume commercial responsibility, e.g. ensuring sales targets are met, preparing sales forecasts, managing budgets and quotas, as well as market observation and supporting strategic product development.

● You work closely with key management, marketing and the after sales departments.

● A particular focus is the further development of your sales team and customers: you identify high potentials, draw up development plans, support your team in their development and coach your team and customers.

● You ensure timely reporting to the company's senior management.


Our requirements

● Extensive experience and success in selling Moped or E-moped products in Germany, ideally in a field service structure.

● Experience as a manager in sales.

● Your strengths include excellent analytical knowledge and strategic skills.

● You enjoy developing employees plus customers and see yourself as a coach to make your employees and customers better.

● You have good communication skills, both in German and in English (fluent in spoken and written business German).

● You will be travelling within Germany and Europe where necessary.

Marketing Manager

Your tasks

● Lead our marketing activities in Germany and Europe in operational and strategic areas 

● Lead and execute our social media activities for Germany and Europe

● Closely cooperate with our HQ Global Marketing team on a daily basis on marketing planning and execution for Germany and Europe

● Independent implementation of projects with internal and external stakeholders, in Germany and in Europe

● Supervision, further development and coordination of product marketing in Europe

● Creation of German and European market and competition analyses, as well as visualization and evaluation of these

● Support in the creation of flyers, brochures and digital media for Europe

● Organization and implementation of trade fairs in Europe

● Support and maintenance of the websites


Our requirements

● Completed marketing education-training, also gladly as a media designer/graphic designer

● Or a degree in marketing, communication or business, motivated career changers are welcome.

● Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, content management systems etc.

● Conceptual, structured, and independent way of working

● Very good communication skills and pro-active behavior

● Knowledge of using Adobe Cloud programs, especially InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator is desirable

● Solid knowledge of German and English. Other languages are a plus.

● You will be travelling within Germany and Europe where necessary.

Product Manager

Your tasks

● Support, optimization and further development of the E-Moped, E-Bike and E-Kick scooter product range for Europe

● Carrying out European market and competition product analyses

● Analysis, evaluation, and further development of our current product in Europe

● Product Project responsibility for Germany and Europe

● Support development and introduction of new products for the European Market

● Appropriate proven professional experience for this position in the field of product management, especially in the Electrical Mobility market

After Sales Service Manager

Your tasks

● You build, lead, and motivate our European after-sales department with enthusiasm and passion

● You will support our dealers and distributors in operational and strategic management in the areas of after sales service, parts and accessories

● You develop measures and programs for customer care and customer loyalty and ensure their implementation in the dealers and distributors

● Your tasks include the entire business management of the after-sales key figures, as well as occasional reporting to the management

● In addition, as a competent contact person in after-sales, you form the interface to our HQ and manufacturing plant and present our European Subsidary effectively

● Where applicable you train our dealers and distributors on new products, technologies and services


Our requirements

● Completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering, electronical engineering, production engineering, automation technology, or a similar subject, alternatively training as a mechanical or electronical engineering technician with appropriate professional experience

● Project management experience

● Experience in dealing with MS Office 

● Good knowledge of German and English

● Willingness to travel

● Several years of professional experience in a comparable position

● Well-founded technical and business knowledge in the field of after-sales, ideally knowledge of electrical Moped brands

● The willingness to visit and look after our dealers and distributors on site throughout Europe
